The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to provide outstanding learning experiences for children from infancy through to preschool age. You will play a key role in creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver engaging learning opportunities that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS
*Create exciting play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence
*Act as a designated Key Person, building strong partnerships with children and their families
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, using this information to inform next steps in learning
*Support children’s emotional wellbeing and personal development
*Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive nursery environment
*Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are adhered to at all times
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance outcomes for all children
*Contribute to planning activities that celebrate diversity, language development, and cultural awareness
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
*Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children’s learning and development
*A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and commitment to continuous professional development
