Looking to kick-start your career after graduating?
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Accountancy or Finance graduate who enjoys working with people and wants to combine their technical knowledge with technology and customer support.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing fintech software company where you’ll use your accounting knowledge to support customers using specialist accounting software. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in fintech, software or accountancy support while continuing to develop their technical skills.
What you’ll be doing
*Providing second-line support to customers via phone and email.
*Helping customers get the most from the company’s accounting software.
*Becoming a product expert and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
*Creating and updating FAQs, user guides and support documentation.
*Supporting the development of customer training materials.
*Assisting with software testing and identifying product improvements.
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About you
*Degree in Accountancy or a related subject.
*At least 6 months’ customer service experience.
*Good understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping.
*An interest in technology and accounting software.
*Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
*Organised, analytical and eager to learn.
