A welcoming secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their successful support team.
Your Role*Support students with varying learning needs.
*Work within classrooms alongside experienced teachers.
*Deliver small group interventions.
*Help students remain engaged and focused during lessons.
*Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.
We’re Looking For*Experience in schools is desirable but not essential.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Positive, flexible and reliable approach.
*Genuine interest in education.
