Location: Haringey
Pay: £95-£110 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a successful secondary school in Haringey.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will help students overcome barriers to learning while promoting independence and confidence.
Duties Include*Supporting pupils during lessons across KS3 and KS4.
*Working one-to-one with students requiring additional support.
*Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
*Assisting teachers with classroom preparation.
*Supporting intervention programmes in literacy and numeracy.
Requirements*Experience supporting young people.
*Calm, patient and approachable manner.
*Excellent teamwork skills.
*Passion for making a difference within education.
*Right to work in the UK.
