Contract: Full-time | Long-term
A vibrant secondary school in Hackney is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students across a range of subjects.
The school prides itself on creating an inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to thrive academically and personally.
Responsibilities*Support students in mainstream lessons.
*Assist pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
*Provide targeted intervention sessions.
*Help maintain a calm and positive classroom environment.
*Monitor student progress and feedback to teaching staff.
We Are Looking For*Previous experience supporting children or young people.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*A positive and resilient attitude.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
