We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Southend. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils to access the curriculum and achieve their individual goals. The Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities, deliver effective SEN support, promote positive behaviour, and create a safe, engaging environment where every child can thrive.
