Previous paint shop or powder coating experience is desirable but not essential
Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
(Alternating weekly shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities*Prepare products for powder coating by rubbing down, cleaning and carrying out surface preparation.
*Assist with loading and unloading products for painting.
*Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
*Safely handle powders and consumables.
*Keep the paint shop clean, tidy and organised.
*Work to production schedules and deadlines.
*Support colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
*Carry out general labouring duties across the department.
Essential Skills & Experience*Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
*Good practical skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
*Strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
*Able to work effectively within a team.
