Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Music Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a supportive secondary school in Havering?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Havering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking to develop their career within a positive and well-resourced school environment.
The Role:
*Teach engaging Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire students to develop their musical skills and creativity.
*Support students in developing their knowledge of music theory, performance and composition.
*Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement.
*Contribute to the wider life of the Music department and school community.
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour, effort and achievement.
The Ideal Music Teacher:
*Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Has experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting.
*Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Music education.
*Is confident delivering engaging and creative lessons to students of varying abilities.
*Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Is committed, reliable and enthusiastic.
