Location: London
Salary: £45-55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led practice that offers genuine career progression and the chance to work on high-quality projects across the UK.
The Role*Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
*Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.
*Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
*Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.
*Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.
*Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
*Support and mentor junior members of the team.
*Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.
About You*Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
*Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
*Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous.
*Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
*Experience delivering projects across a range of RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 4-6.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team.
