SEN Teaching Assistant - The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working both one-to-one and in small groups. You will help deliver tailored interventions, encourage independence, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive the support they need.
The successful candidate will be patient, caring and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to learning.
