Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Boston to recruit to a Gas Engineer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include:
*Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
*Carrying out repair, renewal, installs & safety checks
*Ensuring tenant satisfaction
*Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
*Utilising a PDA
*Completing necessary paperwork
Requirements of the Gas Engineer include:
*UK Driving License
*Relevant gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
*Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Gas & Plumbing
