Move On & Resettlement OfficerSlough Full Time
Are you passionate about helping people secure stable housing and build independent futures?
We’re looking for a Move On & Resettlement Officer to support households living in temporary accommodation to move into sustainable long-term homes, primarily within the Private Rented Sector (PRS).
In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them identify housing options, overcome barriers to move-on, and access employment, training, and support services. You’ll build relationships with landlords and letting agents, manage a varied caseload, and work closely with internal teams and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
We’re looking for someone with:
*Experience in housing, homelessness, resettlement, or tenancy support services.
*Knowledge of the Private Rented Sector and tenancy sustainment.
*Strong case management and partnership-working skills.
*The ability to support vulnerable households with empathy and professionalism.
*An understanding of safeguarding and homelessness legislation.
