Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RMNs to work within East Cheshire NHS Trust, delivering high-quality mental health care in a supportive NHS environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.


Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver safe and effective mental health care in line with NHS standards
*Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
*Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
*Adhere to clinical guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and infection control policies
*Respond effectively in fast-paced and challenging clinical environments


Requirements:
*Valid NMC registration (Mental Health)
*Minimum 6 months NHS experience (within the last 2 years)
*Enhanced DBS (physical copy required)
*Up-to-date mandatory training
