Full job descriptionCredit Controller / Accounts AssistantLocation: Bagshot, Surrey – four days office-based and one day working from home
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around start and finish times

About the JobThis varied role is split approximately 50% credit control, with the remainder focused on broader transactional finance support. You will take responsibility for customer accounts while also assisting with purchase ledger activities, banking and reconciliations.
Duties will include:
*Managing outstanding customer balances and following up overdue payments
*Maintaining accurate customer accounts and resolving queries
*Allocating incoming receipts and keeping ledger records up to date
*Assisting with purchase ledger processing and supplier account administration
*Completing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
*Supporting BACS payment runs
*Processing income received from on-site concession partners
*Providing general assistance across the wider finance team
About the Successful ApplicantYou will have previous credit control or accounts receivable experience, alongside strong communication and organisational skills. Confidence using Excel, including VLOOKUPs, is required, while experience with Sage or EPOS systems would be beneficial. You will be dependable, accurate and comfortable balancing customer contact with wider transactional finance responsibilities.
