Full time
*Experience in administering DFG’s and interpreting recommendations provided by an Occupational Therapist
*A knowledge of building construction and ability to draw up a schedule of works required for a disabled facility grant based on an inspection
*Experience of carrying out financial means test assessments
*A knowledge of the Housing, Grants Construction and Regeneration Act which governs the process of DFG’s
*Experience of surveying residential properties and preparing specifications, drawings, and schedules of work
*A strong understanding of building construction, building regulations, and health & safety
*Experience of managing adaptation or improvement projects, ideally including Disabled Facilities Grants
*The ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams, and to resolve issues on site
