JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 1+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to £50,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Litigation Solicitor will assist the law firms Head of Litigation in further developing the department and mixed caseload of litigation matters. This will involve a diverse mix of commercial litigation and civil litigation matters and genuine scope for career development. As your confidence and experience grow you will be able to conduct your own broad range of files including property litigation matters, landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Possessing experience and enthusiasm for property litigation is essential for this role, along with a good understanding of general litigation. Strong technical skills as well as a keen eye for detail would also be beneficial. This firm has a reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focussed advice, so you should be able to uphold this standard when working with your clients. You will have a keen interest in developing your expertise into more complex litigation matters, allowing you to progress within the department.
