Description
*Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for the UK & Ireland region.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
*Manage reconciliations of accounts and financial statements.
*Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
*Analyse financial data to support decision-making processes.
*Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial operations.
*Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards.
*Experience in financial reporting and compliance within a corporate setting.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with attention to detail.
*Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
*Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Job Offer
*Daily rate between £198 and £242, dependent on the level of experience.
