Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
*Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
*Source, screen and interview candidates.
*Manage vacancies through an ATS.
*Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
*Build relationships with recruitment agencies and support early careers recruitment.
About YouYou’ll have:
*Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience using an ATS
