This opportunity is suitable for solicitors at any stage of their career who are looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment while working on a broad range of quality commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
*Advise clients on sales and acquisitions of commercial premises.
*Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments.
*Assist with property development, secured lending, and refinancing transactions.
*Provide practical commercial property advice to a diverse client base.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
*Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
*Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy workload.
*Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
*Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach.
*Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
