Teacher - Creative ProgrammesLocation: Stoke
Salary: £43,135.47 FTE (Actual Salary £35,835.62)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days per week
We are recruiting for a Creative Programmes Teacher to join a specialist post-16 education provider supporting young people aged 16-25, including learners with SEND.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate educator to deliver engaging Level 2 and Level 3 programmes, helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally within an inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality creative programmes.
*Differentiate learning to support a range of learner needs.
*Assess student work and monitor progress.
*Support learners with SEND to achieve positive outcomes.
*Contribute to EHCP reviews and learner target setting.
*Build positive relationships with students, parents and carers.
*Deliver a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
*Support educational visits, workshops and community partnerships.
Essential Requirements*Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
*Experience teaching within Further Education and/or SEND environments.
*Experience delivering accredited qualifications.
*Understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
*Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce).
Desirable Requirements*Level 4+ Teaching Qualification.
*Creative subject qualification.
*SEND Qualification.
*Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
*Experience delivering multidisciplinary creative subjects.
