Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment?
Join a leading snack manufacturer where you’ll play a vital role in keeping high-speed production lines running efficiently. Working a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for maintaining automated production equipment, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
*Planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging machinery.
*Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems.
*Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and diagnostics.
*Complete root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
*Support continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
*Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.
What We’re Looking For
*Maintenance Engineer experience within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
*Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
*Experience working with PLCs and automated production equipment.
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
*Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
Desirable
*Food or snack manufacturing experience.
*Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
*Mechanical maintenance experience.
*18th Edition qualification.
