Full job descriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a busy and well-established main dealership in Leicester.

This is a key role within the workshop, ideal for a highly skilled technician who enjoys tackling complex diagnostics, mentoring colleagues, and working with the latest manufacturer technology.

What you’ll be doing:*Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
*Completing complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs
*Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently
*Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
*Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
*Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently
*Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:*Qualified Master Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
*Extensive experience carrying out complex diagnostic and repair work
*Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
*Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*Ability to mentor and support other technicians
*Strong team player with a commitment to quality
*Full UK Driving Licence
