The Firm
Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service, is looking for a Family Locum Solicitor to join its busy Family team in Lincoln.


The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Family Locum Solicitor with a strong background in private family law, managing a varied caseload independently while supporting the team during a permanent recruitment campaign. Duties to include:
*Manage a caseload of private family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Children Act matters
*Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout all stages of their matters
*Conduct advocacy and attend court hearings where required (desirable)
*Work collaboratively with the Head of Department, Solicitor and Paralegal to ensure a seamless service
*Maintain accurate case files and ensure matters are progressed efficiently
This Family Locum Solicitor position is available on a locum basis for 3-6 months, working 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with hybrid working available.


Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with previous experience handling private family matters (essential)
*Strong experience managing Divorce, Financial Remedy and Children matters independently (essential)
*Ability to undertake advocacy and attend court hearings (desirable)
*Available to start ASAP (essential)
