Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 + profit related bonus

The role of the Estimator - Curtain Walling will involve:
*Estimator position producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling, glazing, and rainscreen cladding
*Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
*Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
*Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
*Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
*Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
*Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Curtain Walling experience with:
*Must have estimating experience within building envelope market sector
*Must have good technical knowledge of the façade industry (curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and rainscreen)
*Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
*Must be IT literate, ideally familiar with estimating software like Schueco and Logikal
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills
*Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
