*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
*Lead financial planning and forecasting processes.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment.
*Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and targets.

*Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.
*Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
*Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.
*The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
*Salary of £75,000 to £83,500, dependent on the level of experience.
*Hybrid working arrangements.
*25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
