Salary: Up to £28,500 + Excellent OTE, Overtime & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Bonus Potential: Highly achievable bonus scheme with commission opportunities, offering £7,000+ per year in additional earnings

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading main dealership representing a highly desirable automotive brand in Medway.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting the service department.
*Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
*Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times.
*Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey.
*Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
*Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive retail industry.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*A professional, confident, and well-presented manner.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment.
*A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
*Good administrative and computer skills.
*A full UK driving licence.
