Hybrid working 1 day on site
We’re partnering with a major UK retail network to appoint a Lead Project Manager for a large-scale business transformation programme.
You’ll lead complex transformation projects from end to end, improving internal processes, customer journeys and product journeys across the organisation.
This is more than a delivery role. You’ll ensure transformation activity aligns with the wider operating model, bringing together senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver lasting change.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven delivery of complex business transformation projects or programmes
*Experience within a large retail, branch-based or multi-site organisation
*Strong knowledge of process, customer or product journey transformation
*Experience aligning change initiatives with an operating model
*Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional leadership
*Experience managing third-party suppliers
*PRINCE2 and Agile delivery experience
