I’m recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing new homes agency based in Canary Wharf — one of the most recognisable addresses in London property. They work exclusively with residential developers across the capital. This is not a traditional high street estate agency; they’re a specialist sales partner, and they operate at a different level.
THE EARNINGS
• £130k OTE for consultants who convert
• Genuinely uncapped: your billing sets your ceiling, not a salary band
This is a role for someone who wants to be paid on what they close.
THE ROLE
Joining a small, high-performing team selling new homes stock for London developers. Off-plan sales, reservations, and driving deals through exchange and completion. Performance is everything here — so is the support:
• Full CRM, marketing and lead-generation support
• You focus on conversion, not cold prospecting
• Clear progression: Negotiator Senior Negotiator Team Lead
WHO THEY WANT
New homes experience is strongly preferred — they live in this space and you’ll need to understand how it works, from off-plan and reservation processes through to completion.
They’ll also look at strong residential sales, commercial property, or a related sales discipline. Coming from lettings? Bring a clear track record and a real appetite to move into sales and they’ll listen.
What actually matters: you can sell, you know property, and you want to earn.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year property experience
• Able to reliably commute to Canary Wharf E14, or relocate before starting
