Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional with knowledge of fleet, motor or multi-vehicle policies?
CKB Recruitment is working with a long-established specialist insurance broker that is looking to recruit a Fleet Insurance Account Handler for its Liverpool office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, managing and supporting a growing portfolio of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor clients.
The RoleYou will act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, providing day-to-day policy support and ensuring customers receive an accurate, responsive and professional service.
Working closely with the Fleet Managers, your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the onboarding of new fleet and commercial motor clients
*Handling client and insurer enquiries by telephone and email
*Processing mid-term adjustments and policy documentation
*Maintaining accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems
*Monitoring renewal dates, deadlines and outstanding actions
*Working with underwriters to resolve cover queries and policy issues
*Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
*Identifying cross-selling opportunities across commercial insurance products
*Following internal procedures and regulatory requirements
*Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
What We Are Looking ForTo be considered, you will need:
*At least 1 years experience dealing with commercial insurance
*Experience dealing with commercial fleet risks.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
*Experience using CRM, broking or policy administration systems
*A proactive, customer-focused and solution-driven approach
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
