*Provide cost management services on healthcare construction projects.
*Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
*Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations.
*Advise on project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective.
*Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets.
*Support the delivery of NHS and other healthcare-related projects.
*Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
*Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and cost management matters.
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
*Professional qualification such as MRICS or similar.
*Strong background in quantity surveying and cost management.
*Experience working on healthcare or NHS-related construction projects.
*Skilled in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and standards.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
