Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in managing the daily operations of online banking and debit card platforms.
Your duties will include:
*Planning, implementing, and monitoring e-channel projects and initiatives
*Coordinating with IT and vendors for system maintenance, updates, and issue resolution
*Reporting on operational performance
*Providing guidance and support to the team in executing operational tasks
*Contributing to the development and testing of new features/services and support process improvements
*Ensuring compliance with security & regulatory requirements
Your experience must include:
*Strong proven experience in E-channel operations, digital banking, or card management
*Experience with digital product management and system support preferred
*A good understanding of banking operations, digital platforms, and regulatory requirements
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Fluency in Cantonese is essential
*Degree educated
This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely.
