Level 3 Nursery Assistant - The RoleAs a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will support the Nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the class teacher and Early Years staff to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include supporting children’s learning through play, assisting with observations and assessments, encouraging social and emotional development, and helping to maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment. You will also work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, have excellent communication skills, and be enthusiastic, caring and committed to providing outstanding support to young learners.
