What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
*Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers
*Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
*Provide regular feedback and updates to vendors throughout the sales process
*Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
*Maintain accurate records and support the progression of agreed sales through to completion
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous residential estate agency experience would be advantageous
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Friendly, confident and professional approach
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
*Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Good knowledge of the local area or the ability to develop local market expertise
