What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister:
*Prospect for new business opportunities and generate new landlord instructions
*Carry out rental valuations and secure new lettings listings
*Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
*Progress agreed lets through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
*Contribute to branch performance by achieving personal and team targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Minimum of two years’ experience within residential lettings
*Proven experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions
*Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
*Excellent customer service and communication abilities
*Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
*Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Good knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
