Full job descriptionHuntswood is looking for call handlers with customer service experience within general insurance for a new project for a leading insurance provider.
The role will be taking inbound calls processing first notification of loss, ensuring all information is logged and processed correctly.
Starts: 17 August 2026
Location: Working from Home
Rate: £155 a day
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. The client has wider operational hours so variance of starts and finishes, and weekend working may be available

Duration: An initial contract of 3 months
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience within a telephony-based customer service role, ideally within general insurance
*Strong empathy and customer services skills
*The ability to maintain a high standard of work with a strong attention to detail
*A positive and flexible attitude
