Working HVAC Supervisor
Windsor - Static Site
£45 -£55k


The Role:
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of HVAC maintenance services across the contract, with a strong focus on technical supervision, air conditioning servicing, asset performance, and identification of remedial works.
The role provides day-to-day technical leadership for HVAC activities, ensuring planned maintenance is completed to a high standard, asset condition is understood, and opportunities for remedial, lifecycle, and improvement works are proactively identified.
Operating as part of the Onsite Services team, the role requires a high level of technical competence, particularly within ageing infrastructure, legacy plant, and systems where technical documentation may be limited, or equipment may be beyond original design life.
They will provide consistent, reliable operational delivery that meets safety, compliance, and quality standards while contributing to the productivity and reputation of the Business.
Operating within often ageing and technically complex estates, the HVAC Supervisor is expected to support asset reliability, compliance, energy efficiency, and client satisfaction through a hands-on and technically driven approach.
