2/3 months + scope for perm
£20ph CIS/Umbrella
Van and fuel card supplied
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in the Accrington area, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.
Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:
*Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
*Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
*Maintaining van stock
*Ensuring customer satisfaction
*Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers’ homes
Essential criteria of the Plasterer includes:
*Full UK Driving License
*Previous social housing experience
*NVQ Level 2 is desirable
