Full job descriptionProduction Manager Eastleigh/Southampton | Up to £60,000 + 5% Bonus
A leading global engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join its Eastleigh/Southampton site in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of Production.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production planning, capacity management and team performance. You’ll lead a Production Team Leader and oversee a team of 10-20 skilled employees, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role*Lead production planning and capacity management
*Manage labour, budgets and production schedules
*Coach and develop production teams
*Drive continuous improvement across the shop floor
*Work closely with Engineering and Procurement
About You*5+ years’ Production Management experience
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Manufacturing background (any industry)
*Experience with production planning, capacity and budgets
Up to £60,000 + 5% bonus | Flexible hours | Early finish Fridays
