Full job description HIRING | Influencer Director
Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £50k - £60k + Bonu
I’m working with a fast-growing influencer marketing agency that’s making a huge impact in the AI and technology space. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping client success, agency growth, and team development.
If you’re passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and building long-term client relationships, this could be the perfect next step.
The RoleAs Campaign Director, you’ll lead influencer campaigns for innovative brands across AI, SaaS, and technology, owning client relationships from strategy through to delivery.
You’ll work across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, while helping to grow existing accounts, support new business, and mentor a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing Leading end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
Acting as the senior strategic contact for key client accounts
Overseeing campaign delivery, reporting and optimisation
Identifying opportunities to grow and upsell client accounts
Supporting contract renewals and client retention
Contributing to pitches and new business proposals
Mentoring junior team members and improving internal processes
What I’m Looking For 4+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, campaign management or client services
Strong experience managing high-value client relationships
Proven ability to deliver multi-channel influencer campaigns
Commercial mindset with experience growing accounts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for social media, creators and emerging digital trends
