Working across both residential sales and lettings, you will be responsible for registering applicants, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and tenancy agreements, and supporting clients throughout their property journey. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Registering applicants and handling property enquiries
*Conducting accompanied property viewings
*Matching buyers and tenants to suitable properties
*Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
*Supporting sales and lettings progression through to completion
*Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants

*Previous experience within residential estate agency sales, lettings or a combined role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident and professional manner

*Good negotiation and relationship-building skills

*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
