Full job descriptionSuper excited for this role working for a lovely client of ours who are looking for a Office Manager to join their well established fast paced team!
This is a fundamental role to the company so a people person who is on the ball is a must-
Health & Safety (adhoc)
Accounts- using Sage line 50
Diary Scheduling
Scheduling of jobs to suit our/their programme
Liaise with upcoming sites to arrange site visits and start dates
Liaise with site managers regarding site conditions
Chasing of live projects for updates
Ordering Materials
Emails and Answering the phone
Everyone has been here for years which speaks volumes about the company, they chat, have fun but work hard it’s a happy balance..
Office hours Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, free parking.
