People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Rates of Pay:
*Competitive rates of pay: £13.27 - £15.73 per hour
*Overtime paid at x 1.5
Shift Pattern:
*Sunday and Monday: 07:00 - 15:00
*Sunday and Monday: 15:00 - 23:00
*Applicants must be available to work both Sunday and Monday each week

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Part-Time Warehouse Operative are:
*Picking and packing customer orders accurately
*Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
*Checking products and orders for accuracy
*Preparing goods for dispatch
*Labelling, sorting and packing stock
*Loading and unloading goods when required
*Moving stock safely around the warehouse
*Completing basic stock checks and documentation
*Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
*Working closely with other members of the warehouse team
*Following all site health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Part-Time Warehouse Operative, you will need:
*Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
*Good attention to detail
*The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
*A reliable and hardworking approach
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*The ability to follow instructions and work safely
*The ability to complete manual handling duties
*Availability to work every Sunday and Monday
Training:
*Full paid site induction and job-specific training

*Training on warehouse systems and equipment
