You will be involved in both residential sales and lettings, managing properties from initial enquiry through to successful completion, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting clients throughout their property journey.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Guide buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through the sales and lettings process
*Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional customer service throughout
*Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements to achieve successful outcomes
*Generate and maintain property listings, ensuring marketing details are accurate and engaging
*Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other professionals to progress transactions
*Build strong relationships with new and existing clients while maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

*Previous experience in residential estate agency sales, lettings or a combined role
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong administrative and organisational abilities
*Ability to manage multiple properties, appointments and client enquiries efficiently
*Proactive and customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
*Good knowledge of the local property market or the ability to develop it quickly
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Professional appearance with a positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
