Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will be involved in every stage of the residential sales process, from generating valuations and negotiating offers through to progressing agreed sales.
Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within residential estate agency while benefiting from office commission and genuine progression opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales or Sales Negotiator:
*Register buyers, identify their requirements and match them with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing a high level of customer service
*Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
*Generate valuation opportunities and support the growth of the sales business
*Progress agreed sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and all parties involved
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients

*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
*Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
*Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Target driven with a positive and proactive approach
*Professional appearance and a confident manner
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Good local knowledge or the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the area
