What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Register and qualify buyers while handling property enquiries
*Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
*Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
*Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
*Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

*Previous experience in a sales role or residential estate agency would be advantageous
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, articulate and well-presented approach

*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
