In this role, you will manage buyers and sellers throughout the residential sales process, from registering applicants and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales through to completion.
You will build lasting client relationships, generate new business opportunities and play an important role in the continued success of the branch while benefiting from ongoing training and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Register and qualify buyers while managing property enquiries
*Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
*Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
*Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
*Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
*Maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within residential estate agency is essential
*Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Professional, well-presented and articulate approach
*Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
*Well organised with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
