Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within occupied and void properties.
*Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
*Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations.
*Complete planned, responsive, and emergency maintenance works.
*Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation, and organisational procedures.
*Complete all required documentation, certification, and job records accurately using mobile technology.
*Liaise professionally with tenants, residents, contractors, and colleagues.
*Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.
*Participate in emergency call-out and out-of-hours services where required.
*Support the delivery of excellent customer service and value-for-money maintenance solutions.
