An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm, specialising in post-completion matters. Working within a collaborative team, you will support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across a high-profile client portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive paralegal looking to develop their expertise within a fast-paced and technology-driven legal environment while benefiting from fully remote working.
Role
*Manage post-completion processes for commercial real estate transactions
*Prepare and submit Land Registry applications, managing requisitions and registration deadlines
*Prepare, calculate and submit SDLT and LTT returns
*Conduct due diligence, manage enquiries and coordinate conveyancing searches
*Support real estate finance transactions, including conditions precedent
*Manage post-completion workflows, inboxes, trackers and reporting
*Assist with legal research, document management and data rooms
*Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support efficient transaction delivery
Candidate Requirements
*At least 1–2 years’ commercial real estate paralegal experience
*Strong knowledge of Land Registry applications and post-completion processes
*Experience preparing SDLT returns and managing registration deadlines
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of matters
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
*Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
*Experience using legal technology and document management systems is advantageous
