An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm. Supporting a highly regarded Corporate team, you will work on a broad range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

Role
*Support a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM and corporate reorganisations
*Conduct due diligence, document reviews and manage virtual data rooms
*Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, completion checklists and closing bibles
*Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, Companies House filings and other corporate documents under supervision
*Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
*Support transaction execution, including signing processes, DocuSign coordination and post-completion activities
*Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support document management and transaction delivery
*Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver high-quality client service
Candidate Requirements
*At least two years’ Corporate Paralegal experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment
*Experience supporting corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital or corporate governance matters
*Strong understanding of Companies House filings, due diligence and transaction processes
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across legal and business services teams
*Experience using legal technology platforms and document management systems is advantageous
