Full job description

Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians, are skilled in a broad variety of jobs. They are responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks. Their duties can include formwork, carpentry and electrical work.


*carpentry: installing cabinets, doors, countertops and flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood and laminate coverings.
*plumbing: while you don’t have the expertise to fix complex issues, you can resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.
*electrical: replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, installing alarms, doorbells, security cameras and thermostats.
*decorating: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
*Conducting routine maintenance checks and supporting inspections across the property.
*Collaborating with team members and external contractors to ensure high-quality service.
*Adhering to and understanding Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments.
